Also works to balance left and right hemispheres of the brain and find stillness in the Now. 1 On 1 Training
This is training 1 on 1 with Laura Lynn. Tune up your body from head to toe and feel good afterwards. Kettlebells (for toning, cardio and strength) will combine with bodyweight exercise, tuning forks and stretching. Kung fu and/or ballet may also be taught and used for Body Tuning. 30 min and 60min sessions available at Main Street. Limited training at your local park or in your home gym is available. Skype Workouts
Skype is a free service allowing two computers (with cameras) to transmit real-time video to one another. Perfect for anyone who lives too far to travel to/from Body Tuning (i.e. lives in another town, city, state or country), or for someone who simply does not want to waste time traveling. Besides the traditional 60min workout, 30min Skype sessions are available for people really pressed for time. Also extremely convenient for the traveling professional who would like to squeeze in a tune-up. Schedule:

Prenatal Workouts
This is 1 on 1 training with Laura Lynn when you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or recently pregnant. Extremely safe yet effective, this will tone your body as well as relieve common pregnancy pains. This is a great way to have someone objectively work with, take note of and take care of your “Mommy Body” while she transforms and changes. 60min workouts 2x a week is the recommended frequency. Available at Main Street (or a location that is convenient) on:

Buddy Training
This is for you plus 1 other person/friend/colleague to experience Body Tune together. It’s recommended that individual fitness goals be similar/shared but it’s not necessary. This is also a great option for saving money on the cost of 1 on 1 training. Available at Main Street on:

Fitness & Health
Meant for gyms, spas, beauty salons, and corporations who would like to share Body Tune with their clients and/or employees. Workshops last 1.5 hours and can be workout-based or merely informative. Topics included are: Quick Fitness Tips, Fitness Mythbusters/Q&A, Workouts for Busy People, Kettlebells for Toning and Strength, Tuning Forks for Stretch, Hotel Travel Workouts. Available Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-4pm at Main Street or at your location of choice.
Sound Healing Workshop
This is a full day** experience for 10-30 people, and prices are variable. Please contact Laura Lynn if you’d like to have Body Tune arrange a Workshop for you and your peers/colleagues/friends. We can arrange a for a private location and bring you the world’s top experts in Sound Healing as well as today’s leading practitioners. **1.5 hour Workshops also available for $300
