Whether you’re schedule is so busy you can’t make it to the gym, or a pregnant mother looking to stay in shape through her term, or even a kettlebell enthusiast who would like to improve your skills, LauraLynn’s Body Tuning will work for you.


1 on 1 workouts
This is training 1 on 1 with Laura Lynn. Tune up your body from head to toe and feel good afterwards. Kettlebells (for toning, cardio and strength) will combine with bodyweight exercise, tuning forks and stretching. Kung fu and/or ballet may also be taught and used for Body Tuning, below are the 1 On 1 training options:

  • NEW! Sound Healing – this is not a workout, but a healing session with Laura Lynn. Perfect for re-energizing, rejuvenating, re-centering and balancing the body’s energetic spheres.
  • QuickStart Program – Perfect for sampling Body Tune.
  • 1 On 1 Training – This is training 1 on 1 with Laura Lynn.
  • Skype Training – Offers a convenience unprecedented in the fitness industry, allowing users to communicate and train anywhere they have internet.
  • Prenatal – This is 1 on 1 training with Laura Lynn when you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or recently pregnant.

Group classes are available for those who prefer the support of a social push, and kettlebells work nicely in this dynamic setting. Gather you and your friends together for a weekly booty camp and get firmer and stronger together! Group training offered:

  • 3 Week Holiday – This is a small class (6-10 people) designed to keep you in shape throughout the holidays.
  • Buddy Training – This is for you plus 1 other person/friend/colleague to experience Body Tune together.

Workshops are great for those who are interested in various fitness topics and Sound Healing. You can also learn everything you need to know about kettlebells to get you on an independent workout track. Take charge of your body with knowledge! Learning about How to Workout will keep your workouts interesting and give you freedom to design a routine that’s balanced and effective. Fitness workshops offered:

  • NEW! Sound Healing Workshop – This is a full day experience for 10-30 people, perfect for re-energizing, rejuvenating, re-centering and balancing the body’s energetic spheres.
  • Fitness & Health – Meant for gyms, spas, beauty salons, and corporations who would like to share Body Tune with their clients and/or employees.
  • 3 Week Holiday – This is a small class (6-10 people) designed to keep you in shape throughout the holidays.
